Keep to the Path (A Review of Tsuro)

1 comment:

When people think of dragons, they tend to think of fire breathing monsters going on a rampage and being fought off by brave and noble adventurers.  You know, slaying dragons and whatnot.

But did you ever think that sometimes dragons just like to take flight and soar, high up in the skies, peacefully and freely? Well, it happens.  Now you know.  And you can take control of a dragon doing that exact thing in the board game Tsuro. And it's better than it sounds.

Great Balls of Fire (a review of Dragon Clash)

No comments:

We here at iSlaytheDragon love slaying dragons.  I mean, it’s in our name and everything.  But modern dragon slaying can be cumbersome and frustrating.  There’s a ton of bureaucratic red-tape to comply with the Endangered Species Act.  PETA is around every corning crying about draconum rights.  And have you seen the price of chain mail these days?!  So what’s the alternative to strapping on a broadsword and risk being charcoaled?  Why, to be the dragon, of course!  Dragon Clash pits you as one such ferocious beast in mortal conflict with another.  Will your might and magic triumph?  The best part is that no politician or activist can complain – I mean as a dragon, you’re only acting within your nature, right?

Well, first of all we'd like to thank everyone who participated in the contest.  We love the comments we've been seeing and we appreciate you guys spreading the word of our dragon-slaying existence around.

For those of you who didn't win... don't worry, there will be more awesome giveaways in the future.  And don't forget those free print-and-play games we're working on.  In short, you may not have won Hinterlands this time around, but you have discovered our site with reviews, discussions, and general board-game delight.

So now, the moment you've all been waiting for.  Who was it that struck gold? Who overcame all the odds to rise up and stand against the evil, terrifying dragon we like to call Luck?

*drumroll*

and the winner is....

@ChrisJazz

Congratulations, Chris! You lucky dog.  We hope you enjoy your prize... and make sure to share it with all your friends.  That is, after all, what board gaming is all about.

Seeya next time, folks
